Prices include safely moving your fish to a temporary basin, pruning and fertilizing your aquatic plants, draining your pond to an area you specify, power-wash the pond sides, vacuum the pond bottom, re-fill the pond with water to a level safe for aquatic plants and fish, apply water conditioners based on the full pond volume and safely return your fish and aquatic plants to the pond.
The customer is responsible for electricity required for service and a water source to refill the pond. Additionally, the customer is responsible for providing an adequate parking area for the van (allowing for loading and unloading of material and equipment, as needed) and for providing accurate information to Blue Water Aquariums at the time of booking. To assist us in properly stocking our van and planning our schedule, we ask that the following information is accurate (If the following information is not accurate or once on-site, the services required are beyond what we have scheduled,

- Size of
pond (maximum length, width and depth)
- Last time
pond was cleaned
- Number of
plants total and any that need division
- Number and
size(s) of fish - Additional items you would like to purchase from Blue Water Aquariums and have us deliver
Due to limited space on the vehicles, the customer is expected to arrange disposal of debris on site. However, we may be able to remove small quantities from the site, subject to limited space. This service is subject to an additional charge. Blue Water Aquariums will reschedule pond cleanings in the event of threatening storms, rain, and electrical storms.
