Our pond cleaning service is scheduled by appointment. To schedule an appointment, please e-mail us. Be sure to include your name and full address, daytime phone number and best time to call. A deposit of $100 is required at the time of appointment booking. This popular service is in high demand and appointments are secured quickly!
Cleaning visit for ponds up to 50 square feet (surface area): $399 (base price)
For an
additional $100 per hour, our technicians) will perform the following:
- Weekend or
Holiday visit
- Stay with
the pond until full to turn off the water

Installation of pump, filter or sterilizer
- Additional
labor (2nd person required for the job)
- Liner
repair
- Clean
external (out-of-pond) bio-filter
- Waterfall
cleaning - Removal of decorative rocks from pond bottom
Ponds up to
50 sq. ft. requiring more than 4 hours on site are subject to an additional
labor rate of $100 per hour.
Existing aquatic plants can be transplanted or new plants potted at a labor rate of $12 per new container, up to 30 quarts. Plants in larger containers can be re-potted at the hourly labor rate. Pond cleaning prices are per pond on site. If ponds are connected by a stream or waterfall, billing will be based on total surface square footage of all connected ponds and stream(s) or waterfall(s) combined.
Blue Water Aquariums will deliver any requested in-stock merchandise from our catalog at no additional delivery charge (subject to limited space available on truck). Installation and set-up of Blue Water Aquarium products is subject to an additional $100 hourly labor charge. Blue Water Aquariums will fill pond water to a level that is safe for the plants and fish and condition the water based on the entire pond volume (see what is included above). The customer must make arrangements for complete filling of the pond to avoid the $100 hourly labor charge.
